I’d never heard of Simon Sinek before watching this video, but he makes some fantastic points. The only thing I disagree with is his statement that his ideas are rooted in biology – I think he found a convenient correlation there, nothing more.

The ideas he presents though, are incredibly powerful because they are principles, which means they can be applied universally – they work for an individual as much as they work for a company or nation.
